Ingredients:
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves
- 2 cups kale leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup roasted almonds
- Balsamic vinaigrette (1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 clove garlic, minced, salt, and pepper to taste)
Instructions:
